The first commercial real estate expo in Panama, will be organized by the Panamanian Association of Brokers and Real Estate (ACOBIR). This important event will be in November, 16 and 17, and will offer real estate products in the commercial area.

The Panamanian Association of Brokers and Real Estate (Acobir), organizes the first commercial real estate expo in Panama, specialized in this sector. This was announced by the president of the Commercial Real Estate Expo 2016, Pedro Detresno.
“The event, called Commercial Real Estate Expo Acobir, will offer commercial real estate products, such as offices, shops, warehouses, galleys, logistics parks, industrial parks and shopping areas.”
In previous years, ACOBIR has focused on the organization of residential real estate expo. However, this year, seeks to expand its offerings to commercial real estate. “On the issue of commercial real estate, there are a lot of supply and has to be placed with new companies that are coming to the country, such as multinationals, because Panama will become a logistics center,” said Pedro Detresno.
Similarly, Detresno said that companies such as Alibaba, Amazon and Walmart, are thinking of setting up distribution centers for Latin America in Panama, and that will generate a lot of commercial space for these companies.
It is expected to bring more companies to Panama, as well as Panamanian businessmen, who are creating new businesses and need offices, commercial premises, together with the number of migrants that are coming and opening new businesses.
Parallel to this activity, will be developed the first national congress of realtors, where will be shown all new trends, new products and what is currently suing to guide sales and customers.
