The Ministry of Housing and Land Management (MIVI) will be in charge of the first Expo MIVI 2015, which seeks to attract large amounts of Panamanian families who are looking to purchase a home. This important event will be at the Atlapa Convention Center, from Friday July 3 to Sunday July 5.

* At least 45 outreach real estate developers and five banks participate in the Expo MIVI 2015 in the Atlapa Convention Center.
* The fair will promote the Housing Solidarity Fund, which is a contribution of 10 thousand dollars, destined to individuals and families with an income not exceeding 200 thousand dollars.
* In MIVIOT stand will be disclosed, in addition to the Solidarity Fund, some projects such as Ceilings of Hope and Colon Urban Renewal, with a trained staff to guide visitors to families on how to access these projects.
Starting this Friday, July 3, until Sunday 5, all Panamanians can go with their families to Expo MIVI 2015, an important event to be held in Salon Las Totumas in Atlapa Convention Center and will display more than 45 housing developers and five banks.
According to information published by the official website of the Ministry of Housing and Land Management (MIVIOT), this will be the first fair held with the bonus of 10 thousand dollars, better known as the Housing Solidarity Fund, which is a contribution of 10 thousand dollars, destined to individuals and families with an income not exceeding 200 thousand dollars, as a contribution to the total cost of the mortgage on their first home, which should not exceed the sum of U.S.$ 50,000.
Dania Rosas, Director for the Promotion of Private Investment, reported that it expects to receive thousands of Panamanian families, who are looking to purchase a home. To implement this initiative, you must meet certain requirements, such as being Panamanian and of age or legally emancipated (but you may also apply abroad in formal residence, provided that the family group where persons of Panamanian nationality), not owning a home and demonstrate that it has been approved, the mortgage loan for the purchase of housing for which the contribution requested, among other requirements.
The Expo MIVI 2015, which will take place from July 3 to July 5, 2015, born with the interest of providing those low-income families the opportunity to obtain decent housing.
