Nestle S.A., recognized food and drink multinational company based in Vevey, Vaud, Switzerland, is the largest food company in the world measured by revenue, which is ranked No. 72 on the Fortune Global 500 list.
According to company information, a regional shopping center will be established in Panama. This will be the third one (they already have one in Switzerland and one in Malaysia). Although it hasn’t being revealed the investment and the place to be located this strategic center, they would “have a range of services, including purchasing management of specific raw materials, packaging, indirect materials (which are not directly related with the manufacture of products) and other services.”
Also, the hubs also support the markets with the management of local expenses. Thus, investment in Panama will continue to increase, benefiting the economy and increasingly positioning Panama as one of the favorite countries to invest.
